Prepare a PDF in Preview, then use Safari, Chrome or another browser to upload it and send to a standard fax number without a fax modem.
macOS Preview is useful before faxing: open the PDF, confirm page order, rotate pages if needed and use Export as PDF when the source came from another printable document. Then drag the final PDF from Finder into the upload area in Safari or Chrome. FaxAtlas does not require a fax modem or a macOS fax driver.
