FaxAtlas is a transmission service. You are responsible for the document, destination and your authority to send it.
Destination responsibility
You are responsible for checking the recipient and fax number before payment. Verified-route pages are a convenience and are checked against cited sources, but agencies can change instructions without notice.
No professional advice
FaxAtlas does not provide legal, tax, medical or government-filing advice. Official agency instructions control when they differ from a FaxAtlas guide.
Delivery
Fax networks depend on the receiving line and carrier. A transmission can fail or be rejected even when FaxAtlas and the upstream network are functioning normally.
Service changes
Coverage, price, supported file types, retention windows and provider availability may change. Material changes can be reflected on the site before a new order is accepted.
