Use Chrome or another modern browser to upload a PDF, JPG or PNG from Files or Downloads, enter the destination fax number and follow the delivery status.
On Android, save the document locally or make sure it is available through the system file picker before starting. PDF is preferable for multi-page documents. If you scan with Google Drive or another scanner, review the crop and contrast first, then upload the exported PDF from Chrome. Keep the browser tab open until checkout has started.
