How to fax a document from Google Drive

Download or sync the final file from Google Drive, review it locally, then upload the PDF or image to FaxAtlas for transmission.

FaxAtlas does not need access to your Google account. Download the final file from Drive, or use a file that is already synced to your device, then inspect the local copy before upload. Google Drive supports downloading files and exporting Google documents to formats such as PDF; PDF is usually the cleanest choice for a multi-page fax.

The quick path
01

Prepare a readable document

Use PDF when possible, or a clear JPG/PNG. Check page order before upload.

02

Confirm the fax destination

Enter the full destination number and verify the recipient before payment.

03

Keep the delivery result

After transmission, use the order status to see whether the fax was delivered or failed.

What to know before sending

How to fax a document from Google Drive

Fax delivery confirms the transmission result, not whether the recipient read or processed the document. For deadline-sensitive filings, keep your confirmation and follow the recipient’s official instructions.
