Prepare a readable document
Use PDF when possible, or a clear JPG/PNG. Check page order before upload.
Create a clean PDF with a phone, Chromebook or scanner, inspect every page, then upload the finished file and send it as a fax.
The fax can only be as readable as the scan you upload. Keep the page flat, use even lighting, crop out the desk or background, and check small print and signatures at full size. For several pages, combine them into one PDF in the intended order before checkout so the page count is predictable.

Enter the full destination number and verify the recipient before payment.
After transmission, use the order status to see whether the fax was delivered or failed.
Fax delivery confirms the transmission result, not whether the recipient read or processed the document. For deadline-sensitive filings, keep your confirmation and follow the recipient’s official instructions.
